Seat post grommets

I am looking for new grommets for the seat posts. From what I have read, there are 2 sizes: 10mm and 12mm. Is that the measurement of the post or the grommet opening? Assuming it's the post, it looks like I have the 10mm post? Can someone please confirm, and any recommendation where to get them? Thanks!

Let me check at home. I may have a few of these. I had lost one and I think I had ordered two or three to ensure I had a matched set. How many do you need?

At the moment I need 2, but I suspect I will need 4 shortly. I am having the seats reupholstered, and because the existing pieces are brittle, the upholstery shop will likely damage the two on the other seat when they remove them as well. :(
 
I have two of them I can get rid of. Why don’t you wait to see how many you need - if two or less message me and you can save the tariff and shipping cost from Germany. If more than two then I guess you are stuck with those extra charges. They aren’t that fragile so hopefully they can be careful

Just reporting back - thanks for the offer, but I decided to order 4 new grommets from Walloth & Nesch. I ended up going to the shop to remove the remaining 2 myself using a panel removal plier tool. While I was able to get one out unscathed, one of the tabs on the other one broke off. I found them to be very brittle so I decided I would be better off have 4 new ones. Again, thanks for the offer!
