Could the pix have been taken last year? I don't think there has been any snow in the area yet this fall. The engine is interesting! 5 cylinders (maybe an Audi??). Probably a typo.

He shows a new windscreen and implies there are more new parts. It would be an easier sell if all the parts were shown and there was some attempt at listing what was new.
It all takes time, and effort and I know what that's like trying to sell inherited stuff you don't know much about. He may have to come down another $5k to get someone to bite.

fat chance. quality of body work is unknown under all that primer unless there has been a ton of pictures throughout the process. Even then, projects like this always hard to move.
