Service handbook and book pack

Can anyone share what the full pack looked like and if anyone got any ideas where one can find these? Assume they are like hens teeth

This is what I have.

I guess with time and patience you could find the individual handbooks and even the blue wallet but I don't think you could ever duplicate the service book.

Repro owners handbooks are available. Original ones are expensive and the blue covers are even rarer
