These things are very light - I can buy in bulk and send in bulk in a reinforced tube. If members want me to look into it then let me know.

BTW - the W&N rubber parts needed quite a bit if fettling to get them to fit without crimping. Anyone else had issues with this?

Use aluminum rivets to attach.

Hi Chris, are you referring to the Coupe King felt / rubber seal thing? do they have metal in them? not sure if I understand the cross section / fit of these things

I had the rubber seals and bought straight brush which I cut to fit the curves and used rivets, these aren’t CK seals.

I bought these from Coupeking. There is no metal, they are scored at one end to make the curve. I had to drill holes to line it up for the rivets. Overall came out well. They don't come with recommendations on installation.

You drilled holes in the rubber? I was thinking I could just poke a hole for the rivet
Eric at CK replied, I asked him if I should glue it as well, he said something like, sure but not required
The only thing that baffles me a bit is the shape, the felt covered part has an angle, I guess just push it down where it is flat against the window
