Sideview mirror nut and lens replacement

Evidently the side view mirror mounting bracket is secured to the driver door with Riv nuts. What size is the riv nut and what’s a good place to purchase a replacement lense?

Don’t know if the lense is still available for the trap mirrors but just push it in and remove the plastic frame, it will then pop out.
