I plan to be at Gaydon, but also want to organise a few E9s at Goodwood Revival.
For Goodwood I would plan a site in the tax free car park and a gathering with picnic etc. Fyi, this is a ticket free area.
Any interest in that from others here?

IMO the Gaydon "do" is not a good place for older BMWs. IIRC, last year there were no E3s, a few e9 and the odd e24 yes, but mainly a proliferation of newer models in all colours, states of tune etc. I shall not be going this year.
For sure Gaydon is a game of 2 parts,
- The new modern, modified, fast BMWs
- The older ones, and that also typically covers the owners - well me.
Here are a few snaps that I took last year.
Bearing in mind that there are not many E9s in the UK I think that this is a pretty good collection. The owner
s shot suggests nearly a dozen were there, but I did not count them.
John Castle brought it all together and I believe Nock organised the cake. I was made to feel very welcome and plan to go again.
