made it to Monterey and clutch went out after 400 miles, no parts available up here, looking for options. We think new slave sat on shelf so long rubber seals are bad. Four speed tube style slave.

I got one from the local auto parts store, called them up and it was only $20-30.
Update: it's the master! $600 part not available, Carl will try to send one up on Friday so no Legends it appears.
We tried all sources here no luck
If there is a place in Santa Barbara or SLO, let me know. I will be driving up early but by the time I get to Santa Barbara, some places should be open. Unless someone can swing one by my house tonight. Text me any ideas.

Sorry to hear it, Chris. What was the mode of failure for the master cylinder? Hydraulic fluid leaking out? Did it come into the cab and go under the carpet? The couple of times I've been stranded by my master cylinder it has been because the retainer clip got loose. I found it under the carpet with all the fluid.

Chris, W+N has the brake master for 160 euro ... they have the clutch master for 269 euro. of course, they have the 49 euro shipping.
How about rebuilding the master? I did mine its only a couple pieces and kits are everywhere.

There are a couple ways to do this
I like using the factory pipe cut at the master end about an inch or two and then hose to the reservoir
Between Macha and Burger- they can do anything.
