JAM Engineering Weber Conversion kit, like new with dual Weber DGAV carbs

This fits BMW 2800 / 3.0 CS / E3 / E9 as a retrofit kit for stock carbs. This is a Weber conversion kit made by JAM Engineering. Their current price is $825 without the stock air filter adapters.

My price is $525 + shipping from CA zip 92660

This is the Jam engineering kit that retains the stock BMW air filter housing. This kit includes the two Weber 32 36 DGAV 33b1 carbs. These DGAV carbs have mechanical secondaries that open up in the last 50% of the throttle linkage travel. (vs. stock that has vacuum secondaries, prone to sticking)

Both were installed new approximately 2,200 miles ago. I am converting the car back to completely stock. These carbs worked perfectly as evidenced by the light brown glaze on the Bosch spark plugs installed at the same time as these carbs. Kit includes the carbs, BMW specific throttle arm that links to the stock BMW throttle linkage, cast aluminum JAM airfilter adaptors, O rings and plastic spacers beneath the carbs. Its all you need to swap out your old carbs. Carbs were running perfectly until removal on Feb. 17th 2018. Shipping packaging and insurance is at your expense.

i have the same set on my blue CS... even with those low air filters there are 2 dents in the hood from the bolts.
They ever mounted 2 heat gaskets under each to avoid some minor problems with the throttle command. I changed it easely to 1 gasket....( 1 thick thermo piece and 2 gaskets )

Re: dents. I can assure you there are no witness marks on the underside of the hood, absolutely no hood damage and no rubbing between the A/F housing and the hood. On this 2800 CS, these carbs fit with my stock BMW A/F assy.

FYI

sorry , i was not clear... the stock A/F clears the hood..... the dents came from those separate K&N filters that have 2 bolts on top.... and the fact PO mounted carbs with each 2 shim plates ...
