I have no doubt this car will produce some polarizing reactions, but I thought the photographs and discussion of the S38 motor were educational. The valve work is new to me, as is the head clearance mod for the 299/294 cams (the largest Shrick I've heard of is a 292). 14:1 compression ratio.. wow. For an electrical engineer (me) trying to learn a bit more about the mechanics of high performance engines, it's a trip down the rabbit hole.
