Mike--Here's the name of the alum. flywheel on my Korman engine, bought by the previous owner in 2006. The website -www.JBRacing.com--, says they make a flywheel for the 2002,but the model # 520-090-240 might be still available.
The TDC and timing mark are NOT on the edge. We just timed the 123 dizzy with the marks on the harmonic balancer, w/o a timing light.

When I resurfaced mine I dropped it off in the morning at local Seattle shop and picked it up 4 hours later. Not much down time there!

I resurfaced mine in about an hour. Drove to Don's with my old one, swapped, and drove home with a pristine one... :p

Great idea to have one ready to go, makes the job go much smoother. If you get a used one to have resurfaced make sure the ring gear is in good shape.

Since when have you had a pet?
I finally captured the cat that’s been sneaking into the shop and sleeping in all the cars….
Trying to do the right thing I took the cat in the trap down to the local vet to get him neutered.
The vet explained the cat had already been neutered and belonged to a neighbor.

It wasn’t a good morning…..

I was wondering why you had a trap out front...
