Hello All!

The time for Sharkfest is nearly upon us! Registration closes APRIL 18th at 11:59PM!!! If you miss out, you're gonna miss out big... Registration this year has really been amazing - we're looking at close to 100 cars this year!!! We have a good collection of the whole range of coupes - e24's are still dominant of course, but the e9's and e31's definitely have a presence and I look forward to welcoming both groups in their "official" capacity this year. I know more than a few of the beautiful e9's that will be joining us this year - but the more the merrier.

I'm shocked, but there are still a small handful of spots left for the drive at the Performance Center on Saturday morning. To clarify, this will be a two-track setup that will allow all who register to push a collection of BMW's latest cars - both M and non-M. Don't miss out - they don't do this very often at all (and when they do, it's much more expensive than what we're offering).

I don't know about you guys and girls... but I can't wait!!! Visit www.bmwsharkfest.org and register before time runs out...

I had been on the fence about going, but then I talked to a couple of the NCC folks who are going and saw your post. The opportunity to get in on the M Car test drive spurred me to action.

Sure wanted to come Kai but my coupe will not have it's motor back in to make it this year. I am rebuilding it and finally starting reassembly.

My friend George Whiteley is coming I believe but not sure which shark he will drive. The 2800 Coupe or the 850 CSI Coupe.
Must be nice George to have such a difficult decision. :roll:

Glad to hear that was the incentive, but I hope that your experience this year will bring you back for years to come. :)

I know, life's full of difficult decisions, right? So, I convinced him to bring both! :) The 2800 is going in the hotel lobby. Sorry you couldn't make it this year - remember, you don't need your car to come and enjoy yourself - just arrive in the spirit of the big coupe!
 
i unfortunately will be out of the country in Qatar ... so i will have to try for next year.
 
I just cancelled my reservation at the sold out Marriot in case anyone is interested. After problems getting my seats recovered, I won't be going. RB
