Recently I saw a neat black gas can that goes in the spare tire rim under the trunk panel. NO idea where I saw it but would love, love to have one. I thought it was here, but I have searched various topics and can't find it.

Help!

Those Bellino ones are cool but definitely pricey. What about this option?

Made in Russia, for what that's worth. I calculate the volume from the dimensions to be 1.2 litre, or about 1/3 of a gallon. That's how it fits inside the wheel, it's not very large. But better than no reserve at all.

Fair enough, I hadn’t delved into its country of origin. The Bellino ones fit in place of the spare, correct? I guess in today’s world with tire puncture kits you are probably more likely to have an issue with low gas than a flat, depending on where you are and the distance you’re driving.

Suggestion: setup a running search on eBay. You'll get an email each time a matching item is put up for auction. I got my Bellino for $150 from a guy in Washington State.. literally brand new.. and meanwhile, similar items were up for 400 euros from various sellers... patience is key.

I just grabbed an E3 rear window seal (the early one xxx471) for $250.
