speedo drive

I have read that the speedo drive for the Getrag 265, part number 23211207772 is NLA. Then I read that a component of that drive : 23221200416 is still available. Also can be sourced used from many other earlier BMW models. My question is, how can someone gather the remaining pieces to the assembly? Has anyone been able to acquire the remaining bits : o-rings, adapters, seals, to make a complete assembly?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks. Mike
