SO what are these horns? Are they a simple dual tone, or are they the alternating tones we often hear off European cars at the Tour de France?

This is a two-tone horn, high (hoch) and low (tief) tone and are Original for the very early 911 Porsche. These are being sold in NOS condition for more than 1000 euros.
