Look at what Moto-Lita has to offer. They had both black/rubber and wood wheels, and E9 adapter hubs also, when I was looking for wheels years ago now. Hers's what I purchased (wood wheel, @ 380mm) and what came with the coupe when I got it 20 years ago (black rubber @ 370mm):
