Stereo update?

So, I have a pretty original E3 with the original push button AM/FM Blaupunkt stereo. The only speaker is the one above the instrument cluster in the dash. And it all works!

I want to update the system, but I can't stand the idea of cutting holes in the door panels or the back dash. And I love the look of the original Blaupunkt. But I loves my tunes.

Any ideas?

I have this solar powered Bluetooth device that is great for mobility but short on sound especially in a 70s vehicle. I checked out a number of items like jambox and Bose and was not happy with them either. Too much money for compromised sound. The Eton device is cheaper but still not enough.

In the front, 5-inch round 2-way speakers installed up on the kick panels. Both the glove box and the (l) access panel for the fuse box will still go down as normal.

I also installed an aux. amp and put two 6x9 3 way speakers in the rear under the seats facing forward.
