Hi. Just a tip of how I repaired a cracked top and bottom of an E9 tool tray in 10 minuits.
I used a two pary apoxy spreading a quarter inch thickness on using a sponge brush. On the front section I had trouble taking out the black tool holder. I did not want to break the foam so I did not apply the apoxy. If there are cracks just use crazy glue and the apoxy will keep the crack together.
Good luck. I also added a cheap battery operated light that I stuck on the empty section on the right side of the part of the tray that attches to he trunk.
Good Luck.
