I recently had two Weber sidedrafts rebuilt by Jim Inglese with good results. I didn't have them cosmetically restored but I believe he does that as well. I think he is sort of considered a go-to guy and is priced accordingly.
I also had two Solexes rebuilt and cosmetically restored by Paltech-- http://paltech1.com/weber-carburetor-solex-restoration/
They actually specialize more in Webers. Several people on the 2002 FAQ have used them with success and I found their prices lower than average.
