My high beam relay is located next to the battery. While your car is newer than mine, I think yours is there too.
That said, it may not be the relay. There is a single wire from the stalk switch to the relay, so if the pull back blips the high beams and the blue dash light, the relay is working. This also means that the relay is getting a signal through the connector that is in the circuit, so no need to check that. The stalk switch is the most likely problem.
