Switch identification

Hi Guys can you help with identifying the switch on the right below ? the one on the left is double position pull (side lights and headlights) and rotate for panel light dimmer. The one on the right has double position pull but no rotate function the pull button is just plain silver with no markings

i thnk it is the wipers speed selector that goes in the central console opposite to the cigar lighter

Strange as mine had 2 speeds on the column stalk plus intermittant on there as well, and I was sure the donor car was the same and for sure the gearbox lever surround on both cars had cig lighters as in the pictures of the parts posted recently ? thanks though for the quick response
