Shanon,

Oct should be a touch cooler than Aug, maybe 85 in Chico vs. 95? It would be a long nine hour drive up the 99 in my NK but I love the Mt. Lassen area.

:)

The 4th running of the Volcano 200 enjoyed spectacular weather. Mother Nature unexpectedly swelled the creek 'option' which made it adventurous for those of us who braved it. We were rewarded by a very pristine, smooth gravel section.

Let it be known that Cobras can swim!

A concours level Austin Healy 100 and I made some footage of a freshly paved, wonderful little single lane forest nugget called Hwy 172 outside of Lassen State Park. He and I spent the next 60 miles descending Hwy 32 together. A very lovely car.

The Brits out numbered the Bavarian's this year. Props to a very fun bunch of MGBs and a couple outstanding Big Healeys. I never got to see the some of the American Iron (fast movers) that disappeared after we left Chico...

Fun was had by all and we'll see ya next year. We got some ideas ;-)
