Anybody needs close ups of the mods let me know.

what part of motor you replace? will you please take a picture of the part you replaced or little more detail as you know we are not a mechanic if you explain better I can fix mine I have 2 E9 and non of windows works right please explain more I already buy a motor from ebay like you said motor from E28 but I do not know what part I have to use

They all move better without any glass in them!
please don't be negative the guy worked hard for it and he is happy like I have 2 E9 and I have to fix all of the windows motor and this is the good idea that no one talked about it I believe everybody have a problem with this E9 windows motor

Are the mods to install e28 motors at the rear much different than those required to install them at the front? E.g.:
- create some clearance for the different shape of the e28 motor/gearbox
- drill a hole for the third mounting screw
- modify the wiring to accommodate the 2-wire, e28 motor
