it may be the end for my E9 , as from this year all "oldtimers" must go again for tech inspection ( which was not the case in Belgium for cars older than 25 years ) .
Biggest problem is , they must be oem…. on some cars you can switch to oem ( just) for inspection , but my red coupe is to much changed … ( bigger brakes, pedal box, roll cage , Intrax suspension etc...) .
So possible that i sell my 2 coupes , the spare blue one is oem , so no problem, the red one … ?
As many have seen , i'm building a Porsche 928 for rallies on closed roads , in that case we also need tech inspection but it doesn't have to be oem , for that there is a official "race "inspection . Cars are not street legal , just for rallies.
In that context i think buying a oem Porsche 928 for the regularity rallies , and prep it as far as i can go for inspection…. at least it would have already HP/torque and brakes enough for that kind of events with street legal cars…
damned, government changes rules as they wish….. and "we" pay the price…..
