hi this is my 1972 bmw 3.0 cs or csi!!!!!!!!!!? it has 5speed trany and m30b30 engine engine sounds exellent but there is no gas tank and it is a custom convertible has bbs rims at nice shape i have no time to work on it so i need it to go if u have any qustion!!?

A lot of people have the skill to cut the roof off a hardtop. However very few have the skill to fabricate a fold-up convertible roof or the well it folds down into not to even mention reinforcing the uni-body to make up for all the torsional stiffness lost by cutting off the roof. It’s pretty much a parts car now IMO. ~ John Buchtenkirch

If the motor does in fact work and has a decent 5 speed attached, is it worth a grand?

I am not even driving my car yet, but longterm would like to go the 3.3(or 5) 5spd route.
