The Inka is less than 30 serial numbers built after the Colorado. Sincerely I don't remember if it already had the CSL emblem when I bought it, but I'll investigate.

By the way did You buy any automobilia at the auction? I'm curios to know who is the eager bidder on the phone who won some very interesting CSL lots ( against me :( ).
 
I check the Inka: the CSL emblem is quite vintage but since the distance between the "L" and the edge of the trunk is nothing, it is my opinion that it was badged with CS in origin.

Neither Jet-Hot nor CCPerformance post any description of their preparation methods. I would expect that the pipe interior is media blasted (or possibly electrolytically cleaned) to remove scale and rust (smoothing the surface and possibly opening up in some minor way) then the coating is applied. Both claim to increase flow - this could only be done in a smaller diameter by decreasing roughness considerably. I think.

There are conditions where surface roughness increases flow...Metric Mechanic's surface turbulence increasing "ditch cuts" in intake manifolds and ports come to mind.

You can search for "ceramic coating" and ask the various companies - there are more than just the two above.
