"little aluminum blocks" doesn't ring a bell. Have you looked at the parts fiche? It will tell you at least the part number (which may not be useful) and the relative position.

they fit between the bumper and the bumper brackets

I think the part number is shown on the other diagram, for the bumper they have 2
There is a left and right hand one of these, but I got it figured out
