I spoke with them this AM. They are no longer accepting orders via the web site or via the phone. Unless you are local and can pick it up, they wont sell to you. They said their online efforts have gone from making money to loosing money due to several reasons, but lead by online fraud.

I've just inherited the Marketing and online presence of the company I work for and we feel like our website and online presence is our future. The used auto parts business has changed in HUGE ways over the past ten years and the businesses that aren't changing with the times are going under. Tomkinson is basically saying that they don't need much retail part sales.

I may be wrong but I thought if you were a BMW CCA member most dealer ships gave a 20% discount? I know I always got one when I purchased parts at the local BMW dealer.

it varies greatly between dealerships - generally between 10 and 25% check the roundel ads.
