OfferUp is fairly similar to Craigslist. You have to establish a profile before you're allowed to post ads.

I find that a fair number of items on OfferUp are cross-listed on eBay, BAT or Craigslist. OfferUp helped
me locate a number of E3 parts from individuals in the Los Angeles area.
