I currently have 205/60r15 tires on my bmw. Can I put 205/65r15 on the back and leave front one on. Front ones are in good shape.

Can I put 205/65r15 after a few years.

Same type BFG touring TA's.

Thanks

I am running 215/65/15 all around, I wouldnt recommend them on the fronts with lowering springs unless you've rolled your fenders

Do you think I could install 205/65R15 without rolling the front fenders? I have 205/60R15 on right now.

How can I tell if fenders are rolled?

Is your car lowered?

The inside lip of the fender will be angled back away from the tire towards the outside of the fender. Usually from about the 10-2 o'clock position.

What rims do you have?

Not sure. I purchased car last fall. Trying to get it on the car and need new back tires for safety. Front ones will pass but back are done. Trying to match front ones with BFG touring TAs. See pictures of front tire and rim.

Hopefully have car on road next spring.

Thanks Larry

Clearance-wise you should be fine, I don't know about the safety of mixing tire sizes front and back though.
