I have an empty toolkit clam shell available. The case and foam lining is in VG to excellent condition (no cracks on surface). The 2 tabs at the upper end are cracked/broken, but can be easily repaired with glue and backing (see link below from a previous repair which I did to my toolkit box and is performing perfectly):
