I'll take the large red screwdriver and the hex tools if willing to break it up. As long as hex tool are correct Heyco.
I wouldn't break the set. Not to dangle a carot, but the Allen wrenches are marked Heyco
last prices i saw on a pair of red-handled screwdrivers alone were around 300 bucks, that has been a couple of years. all of the rest of the tools, if you bought them are generally 100 bucks for wrenches, 100 bucks for pliers + sockets and another 50 or so for the allen wrenches. my point is they are reasonably priced and you can generally find people needing the pieces.
I would possibly break the set if enough people wanted individual pieces that would equal the price of the whole set Wrenches alone are now about $30 per on Ebay
You know you have a screw loose when you pay $300 for a screwdriver, but supply and demand I guess?
actually that is 300 for both screwdrivers ... so 200 +/- is still a lot for a single screwdriver. part of the issue is that 60s + 70s porsche used the same / similar Heyco red-handled screwdrivers and that caused part of the price increase 5 to 10 years ago. they aren't getting easier to find and that makes the prices go up.
The Porsche ones are longer. Cain made reproductions.
$300 is insane $125 for a large one is more in line
Good morning. Do you know the proper length on the BMW screwdrivers? I bought the large pliers that don't fit the tray, I don't want to make the same mistake with the screwdriver, especially at these prices. Still looking for the Chrome-Vandium 9" pliers. Not the 9-1/2". Do you know if Paul still has any of the BMW repops?
