torque spec question

anyone have the the torque specs for the rods and main caps? hope to be installing new bearings in my dad's coupe over the holiday.

main bearing cap bolts are 60 Nm[cleaned and lubricated]

whoops- forgot the rod numbers..

rod bolts are 55 Nm [cleaned and lubricated]

60 Nm = 44 ft lbf
55 Nm = 40.5 ft lbf

The fun one is the dampener to crank =440 Nm :twisted:
