from my VW days
the fronts get 15 ft-lbs to seat the bearings, then finger tight. You can play around a bit, and see how easily the front hub spins at various torque values, but in the end, it's not much torque on the fronts.
The big nut on the back, yeah, that's why I bought my first large socket - 36 mm. Still have it after all these years, and somewhat to my surprise it has come in handy a time or two.
