yae thats a tuff one
even dead straight the gap is bigger than i should be compared to other vehicles.

Looks pretty good to me also...remember that these were hand-made at Karmann.
Front hood/bonnets fit with even more variation, mainly because of the unibody/nose integration into the fenders and the hood being a constant, for the most part, size. Sort of like fitting a door into a pre-made frame (pre-cnc router tech). Sorry, I gotta a little off track...
