Trunk Emblem

Howdy - my trunk emblem needs to replaced. For my 71 CS, which is the right BMW part Number to order:

BMW PN: 51-14-5-480-181 made of metal if you have the 2 piece unit with the outer cup

BMW PN: 51-14-8-132-375 made of plastic if you have the 2 piece unit with the outer cup.

BMW PN: 51-14-5-081-747 for a 1 piece unit that eliminates the outer cup.

I am pretty sure its not plastic. I assume I have to get the mounting grommets as well.
