Hey Alberto...nice to meet you and I would be possibly interested in your Trunk lid deck spoiler. I've owned my 1971 BMW 2800CS since 1984, and Carl Nelson installed a 535i new long block (imported from the BMW factory) back in 2018, he said my coupe with the 535i engine and dual downdraft Webers was pushing close to 230bhp. I love my E9 coupe aka "Blue Thunder!" I recently took on a very challenging project, working on a 1967 BMW 2000C and trying to build a resto-mod, with dual side draft Webers from Ireland Engineering, shorty headers, and your trunk lid spoiler might be the perfect addition to this "little brother to the E9" project. I purchased the '67 2000C on 1/26/26 in Santa Ana CA for $2500 and it has been the most challenging restoration project I have ever done (see the rust bucket photos). The vision is to build a Resto-Mod 2000C Racer with a modified 2.0L engine. I have spent the past 6 weeks restoring the driver side door and quarter panels, must have crashed into a guard rail on "Dead Mans Curve!" I finally completed the body work and gave the '67 2000C a fresh coat of Porsche Carrara Weiss paint today. Your Trunk lid may be a perfect addition to the 2000C project. Please let me know regarding pricing. Cheers Hal Longley. See my website: https://mycoolclassic.com/https://mycoolclassic.com/recent-restorations
Hello Hal,
We will be 'possibly be making more than 1 (one) which will go on my coupe.
I still do not have a price, but will be around the $600 mark. It will have a closed bottom with ally inside plate so it will be 'bolt on' affair.
Please stay tuned.
