I have recently bought this magnificent E9 3.0 CSL. After a two year restoration by mark specialist, a schoolboy lust for the E9 has eventually been achieved by myself with an “as new” a car as can be purchased. It’s stunning Ceylon Gold paint was as manufactured in 1973 and to my eyes looks beautiful 53 years later. I am pleased to join the group.

hey Richard, the ceylon coupe is gorgeous! i would like to make sure we have your coupe in the coupe ancestry project. there are only a handful of RHD ceylon CSL in the UK - here's what i know ... let me know which car you have ... send me a PM ... perhaps its a car that isn't in the ancestry project. if it is, i will gladly send you what i have for prior ownership. i don't ever publish current owner's names with VIN, only the general location
