UK tax hit on classic cars

Italy has a 30 percent tax on classics from outside the EU. I think Netherlands was 6 and now is 9? And UK was 5.
My question is, do they tax paintings, coins, collectibles, the same?

Everything bought from non-UE countries is subject to 10% import duties plus 22% VAT. That's how it works in Italy.

In fact, many italian classic cars dealers have an agent/office in Rotterdam: the car are shipped from US to NL, cleared through customs with a lower tax, then transported to Italy.
