Underside Finished

Good idea Luis, perhaps a fold out frame that stretches some Mylar taught would be of benefit at those Socal Car shows I gotta get to one day.

That looks too good for a steam clean and new undercoat.
The "push rods" going from the subframes up to the floor look brand new.

Stan, maybe we should caravan out there together someday.

John

Hmmm, let's see, 4 days driving each direction, probably a week per car at Dr. Detail.....
Might need to take a month off work or wait till I retire!

Bob,

Worth the cash - perhaps consider starting a thread explaining how you managed to launder that much $$ and not tip off your wife!

or Franchise it for New England...

and we can be the first customers.
I still can't believe the transformation for 25 hundred and some new hardware.

Chris,

As I said this morning, it is just stunning. One small critique...(eek!)....please replace the hose clamps on this half shaft boots...otherwise pretty close to perfect. You know what a bitch I am :)

Ron, Jesus is making me some rebuilt half shafts so I'll heed your advice. No suspension parts were removed, you just need a four post lift and lots of elbow grease and masking with tape and foil.

Chris

Thanks for the pics.

I am actually doing the same now. Handed in my car when away abroad for work.

All suspension parts etc will be removed and powder coated though. Better to do at the same time... Can update worn bushings etc as well. Better to spend a little more now than have to redo and fix a lot of small stuff later.

Will go for the grey as well, i think it will make a huge difference with having it in a light color rather than black.

Will of course post pics myself as the work progresses.
