USPS Frustration.

So I have requested carpet samples from KHM FOUR times. I like their products, have used them before and pre-tarrifs, their prices were superior to GAHH and World. Although the 4th time was a charm, one request never showed and two requests arrived with the envelope opened (clearly by a person, not machine error/accident as it was along the top seam) and empty of samples with a note of apology by the USPS. I went on their website to file a formal complaint and typical government crap, they make it so convoluted and confusing.

THE KHM people have been great but now I fear ordering from them may suffer the same fate. Anyone order from them recently and if so, what has been your experience?

i have a KHM carpet in my coupe. i will tell you that the fit is better than the previous World set that was in my car. that being said, good, but not great. i have seen GAHH carpet sets that look better. i have been thinking of buying a set of square weave charcoal or black carpets from GAHH ... but haven't pulled the trigger. one quick note, GAHH doesn't make a trunk carpet
