V12 M70 engine in an E9?

Great work! Although not something I’d do, I appreciate your creativity, time commitment and willingness to step out of the lines of tradition! I’ll be eagerly looking for more visual installments of your progres.

It’s actually an M 73 the body was donated to me from a wealthy man. The engine came out of a1996 750il this car had a transmission issue that I bought for $2500 for the complete car the 850 CSI transmission was donated from another very wealthy man who just happened to be able to purchase a brand new transmission for his car and gave me his old one The vehicle that the transmission was donated from Head 80,000 miles on it the ability to put all this together was gifted to me from someone very special. With research I have done it seems that there is no difference in weight from a six cylinder cast-iron block to a full aluminum V 12. The transmission obviously is going to increase the weight in comparison even though it was an automatic transmission which appears to be much heavier than the manual transmission four speed but it is in the center of the car more or less in December I am going to make it start and run and assemble the new dual exhaust more pictures to come
