Hi Folks,

This thread serves as a wish list for parts NLA parts and/or parts with little support/competition.

I'll start. I wish that some made:

  • CSI/CSL D-Jet air box bracket (original weld-on design)
  • E9 chin (the piece with all the rectangles in it)
  • Door seals that cost $100 per side or less and allow your door to shut
  • Aluminum interior door panel trim

Great list Markos! I would add;

- Sides for the console with the correct embossed stitching.
-Wing window knobs with the correct chromed plastic centers
-Complete rocker panel covers with chrome strips.

The white plastic plug on the inside of the door that breaks when you remove it to access the hinge bolt.

i like this one...... as ‘unimportant’ as these caps might be, very difficult to find them in good shape! I reminded @Markos to save his as these are impossible to find.

5 slat grill
Proper engine compartment and trunk rubber seals that actually look per originals and fit
Rear tail lights
Proper 60 x 100 mm exhaust trim
Window gear boxes
Gas tank sending unit
Synchros & bearings for Getrag 265
Proper Zenith rebuild kits with quality float valves and accel pumps (not the junk that was available when I needed them)
Decent fuel pumps
Those CSi fuel/throttle/coolant parts that everyone needs
Proper elephant skin
Proper carpet colors/patterns
Proper vinyl to recover things

Too much? Shall I continue? :p

The CSi - CSl airbox brackets are in limited production in the UK, who wants one? I lent one to be copied recently, price to be advised,

I was talking to ex pressed steel at the classic car show about repair panels for the top of the front wings with those little gussets along the inside lip, not sure how this will go but they did mention that they made an E9 valance panel for Jaymic but were not sure if it was front or rear,

I am sure I have a few used window gearboxes,

I can likely make these actually! I’ll throw them to my modeler. Sadly they will cost like $20 a piece or something stupid like that, I could get them cast however. I’ll add it to the backlog.

The three black vinyl dashpads including the grab rail, hood, dash top.

For curiosity we once made a dashboard for the client - the cockpit. Some photos below.

The cockpit was mostly made of new materials.

Per curiosità, una volta abbiamo creato una dashboard per il cliente: la cabina di pilotaggio. Alcune foto qui sotto.

La cabina di pilotaggio era per lo più realizzata con nuovi materiali.
