I saw this car at The Amelia. I never thought I would see it on BaT.

Not just time ….
But my respect for the builder
Just saw your comment...RE: 72911...pet peave of mine as a seller and a buyer on BaT are people coming in towards the end of an auction there with stupid, negative, or non-constructive comments. At that point, keep it to yourself you know? Not sure what he/she said but see the flags...I like what you said...

I also don’t know what the comments were. But sure they were respectless, specially like you said, just before the ending.

It is very well done. The craftsmanship is amazing. Lot’s of needless disrespect for kit cars in that auction. This isn’t a kit car, and must be a real blast to drive.

With that said I think I would give up all that HP and suspension for a proportional body. Everything forward of the significantly longer driver’s door is a bit too lightning mcqueen for my (virtual) taste.

The car sold for $267K + $5K seller fees. One of the comments was from a person who is building something close to this with a 3.0 BMW engine that will be on BaT later this year.
When you look at the real Ferrari, you can see why I was so interested. The original color was an aqua tone that originally came from a Vespa scooter color chart.
It sure looked like Turkis/Saddle tan to me in person last March at Gooding.
Here's my car under the same indoor type of lighting when I had the window film applied.
