I just posted the video from last weekend's race at Road America. While the video features my 2002, there are some shots of my Luigi CSL which I tested on Thursday. I chose not to race it as they put the car in a group of wild big block cars, which can be a risk. My judgement was vindicated as 3 cars in that group wadded themselves up in the kink on the first lap.

There were so many B sedans this year that they split them between Groups 2 and 8. I was placed in Group 8 which was populated with a slug of 911's, 240Z's, a couple of E30's, several 914-6's, and several other makes. Over 45 cars all together.

I ran mid-pack, but the lead B sedan in the group, so I was happy.

problema..

My biggest issue with your videos, is once I start them, there is no hope of getting anything done for 30 minutes or so...Very well done, nicely edited, nice driving. Good boy. Sit...

Do you ever make the trek to VIR? Love to see the real thing...

Dave, Brendan, & Andrew,

Thank you for your kind words. I enjoy doing the videos, and it is nice you all enjoy them.

Dave- VIR is a long way from Oregon. We were supposed to race at Mt. Tremblant the weekend before Road America. The truck died 50 miles east of Billings and had to be towed back. The Cat ECU quit talking to the Freightliner MCU.

4 days later they reached an accord and Terry and Brett were back on the road. Too late to make Mt. Tremblant and way early for Road America.

They spent two more days camped out at the gate waiting to get in.

On the way home the computers had 2 more spats, one in Pasco, and one 60 miles north of Portland. Both times required another tow to a Freightliner shop to get them to behave.

I'm not sure I will be able to convince Racecraft to go much further than Pacific Raceway for a while. ;-D

Vir

Sorta figured as much...My brother went to law school at Lewis and Clark, and married an OR gal...Easier to take a Chinese junk and sail west, arrive in Norfolk:-)...Guess I need to make my way west again; its been a few years...again, thanks for the Walter Mitty seat time...
