Hello Amy.

I bought 3 sets of bumpers from your company.
Two were OK
One was not.

After I received the damaged left rear bumper and asked you to replace it, I waited several weeks.
I sent a video.

And you asked me to get it welded.

And I sent it in to be welded.

Now I have a bumper that is unacceptable to my client. And I wasted 140.00 and my time

I need you to send me a new, undamaged bumper.

If you want to keep me as a customer- I want it sent immediately.

Thank you Amy.

You can find me as Sfdon on the e9 coupe forum.

I would like to tell people that you are a respectful company.

about 10 years ago I bought some for a Dino, they were great, only SS. Don't even touch as they scratched something fierce.

Used to be a great fellow (Christoph), no longer there. Another one bites the dust. Best of luck!
