Vin database

Hi all

Is there a vin database somewhere I could search for a vehicle specs, history etc ?

I just found a E9 for sale and I'd like to see if the car specs matches the 1971 factory settings.

Send the VIN to [email protected]

You will receive build date, delivery date & original color. That's all BMW has in their archive.
