Why do you think it is US vin plate? It's Euro;
All CSI have same plates doesn't matter if it US or European version.

So The VIN plate for all CS & CSIs has CS on it RIGHT? Are the weight numbers different? 1750, 900 & 900 Kg are for CSI?

3.0CS and 3.0 CSI - have 3.0CS on vin plate, other like 2.5CS or 2800CS have 2.5CS or 2800CS.
1750-900-900 - is for CSI
