Wanted - UK based E9'ers please read!

Hi all,

I need a replacement stainless steel trim for the top of the skin for the driver's door (UK / RHD) that holds the rubber scraper seal against the window and scrapes the water off the window as you wind it down.

The condition of the seal doesn't matter as I have a new one but on closer inspection my trim piece is split!

Can anyone help?

David, have you tried Linwar Motors ... he has at least two CSs stored that he can pick from, or did about 6 months back.

Are you referring to the outer trim "bar" item number 6 in the parts diagram http://www.bmwmobiletradition-onlin...el=3452&mospid=47807&btnr=41_1218&hg=41&fg=40

I think it is chrome plated rather than stainless, at least mine is.

There is a guy call Gary breaking some E9's in Chertsey, Surrey - do an E9 search on ebay and you'll see some items he does.
