I have a clean BMW Helphos bottle and a pump that I cleaned out and works great, new hose too, no cap but I might have one. $50 plus $15 to ship flat rate.

Sounds like some kind of recovery program. Are these made of recycled milk cartons?
Yes, Helphos also made bottles for BMW and both logos are on the bottle.
