Tod: It would be hard to describe before as when I purchased my car (recently) it has a pertronix setup that had been installed incorrectly so the contact between the cap and rotor was damaged. Needless to say it ran poorly.

Its an intriguing idea to converting to FI but allows some flexibility to accommodate engine mods. I'd just like to hear more before and after experiences.

I'll post some more information after I get my Webers and A/F gauge installed. On my roadster, it runs a 6V ignition w/ points and 6V coil. Switching over to a 12V EI Dizzy you get to go to 12V and run an MSD coil. It makes a big difference in how well the fuel is burned. I'm hoping for the same w/ this 123 distributor.
